Ron Chambless held the title of President and Chief Operating Officer for several YMCA Associations throughout the country in his 28 years with the YMCA. He developed a national YMCA Marketing Alliance in these roles, which included fundraising, strategic planning, operation optimization, market research, sales, and membership growth strategies. In 2002, Ron joined Kanet Productions Inc. as a Partner and President.

He orchestrates alliances and funding sources working with businesses and government agencies and is recognized nationally as a Non-profit Strategic Planning and Business Consultant. Mr. Chambless developed a Community Partnership Model - thoughtfully aligning large institutional partners with other kindred non-profit partners and professional developers to strategically fund new major facility projects. He presently provides independent consulting in the sports & entertainment, fitness, and community recreation industry - specializing in revenue models and operation growth plans for challenging financial budgets.
